Highline Internet chose CPS 2nd grade teacher, Fiona Fisher, as teacher of the month. Fiona is a dynamic individual who is always looking for ways to engage her students in fun, creative learning. She is extremely energetic and enthusiastic, and that carries over to her classroom; making her classes exciting and interesting. Her students are all crazy about her!

The Talent Show is open to K-12 Tigers this year! If your Tiger is interested in performing, please return the form by May 13th! Our Talent Show Performance will be on Saturday, May 21st at 6:30 pm.
Monday's Senior Capstone class learned how to change a tire. The students also were taught some important things that all drivers should know to help when their car breaks down or their battery goes dead. Thank you Mr. Greg Fruge for teaching this skill and to Mr. Downs for scheduling this lesson.
Trenton Mitchell, son of Brian and Tiffany Moran and Travis Mitchell, has been named a Senior Scholar of the Class of 2022.
Trenton has been a member of the football, basketball, and baseball teams for 4 years. He also ran track for 2 years. Trenton is also part of the CPS National Honor Society.
Trenton is planning on applying to work at the Sanilac Corrections Facility in Sandusky with a goal of becoming a State Trooper.
Ethan Poirier, son of Kenneth and Kathleen Poirier, has been named a Senior Scholar of the Class of 2022.
Ethan has been a member of the cross-country team, football team, basketball team and the track and field team.
Ethan is the CPS Daily Announcement Reader, a member of the CPS Robotics Team, was a member of the History Academic Team, and has been enrolled in the Computer Tech Classes at the Sanilac County Career Center for the last two years.
Ethan plans to attend Ferris State University, and will be pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems.
Clara Milarch, daughter of Renzie and Tazia Milarch, has been named a Senior Scholar of the Class of 2022.
During Clara’s high school career she has been Class President, Drum Major, National Honor Society President, Student Council President, Michigan FFA President, and Region III FFA Reporter. She is also a member of team 8314 Robotics, Youth Advisory Council, and Sanilac Community Foundation Youth Representative.
Clara plans to attend Michigan State University with a Major in Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources Education.
