    DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

 Tuesday, February 7, 2012

1.  Attention Bowling Team Members:  If you are a Career Center student, you need to stay here today.  Let the high school office know which classroom you’ll be staying in this afternoon.  Your bus for Bad Axe will leave at 2:45 p.m.

2.  Attention 11th and 12th Grade Student Council Members:  Please meet in Mrs. Mahers’ room tomorrow morning during breakfast for a prom committee meeting.

3.  There will be an orientation meeting tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. for all people interested in joining the cast of Theatre 13’s spring production of Titanic.

4.  There will be a Youth Advisory Council Meeting on Thursday, February 9th at 8:30 a.m. at the Career Center.

REMINDERS

1.  There will be a senior class meeting tomorrow at 10:40 a.m. in the IMC.  Seniors who ordered shirts and pants will receive them at that time.

2.  Don’t forget to place your order for a yearbook.  Hard covers sell for $25.00

3.  Donate your extra jeans and receive 25% off a new pair all while contributing to Teens For Jeans, an organization that donates jeans to homeless teens.  Pick up a flyer from Clair Kocan.  A donation box is located in front of the high school office.  Donations will be accepted until February 12th.

4.  Attention Varsity Football Players:  The rings will be in on March 1st.  The Jostens rep will be here at 3pm on March 1st.  In order to receive your ring, it must be paid in full.  If you’d like to arrange a payment plan, contact the rep at Jostens.  Rings run approximately $220.00.

5.  The CPS PTA will host a Scotch Doubles on Saturday, March 10th at Liberty Lanes in Sandusky.  There will be a 6:00 p.m. shift and a 9:00 p.m. shift.  The cost is $20 per couple.  To sign up or for more information, please call 810-633-9970.
