Superintendent's Note

From the Superintendent:

I am looking forward to beginning my new role as superintendent at CPS schools. This will be my 34th year with this district and I am excited about continuing to work with the outstanding staff and student body.

All our programs and activities are going strong. We will continue to offer opportunities for all types of learners;

            • The Academy of Alternative Education .
            • The CPS Virtual Academy
            • Career Technical Education Programs at the Sanilac Career Center.
            • Dual Enrollment
            • The Michigan Merit Curriculum Program for Graduation.

We will offer a variety of extra-curricular activities for the diversified interests of our students. Because breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, we will continue to offer it at no charge to all of our students.

The support of our community has always been a source of pride for CPS. I look forward to continuing our great relationship in our quest to develop the best educational programs for our students. I encourage you to contact us with suggestions for development, or to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

CPS is a great place to learn, and our community is a great place to live.
