8 Man Football returns for its second season.

This year schools participating in 8 Man Football will be eligible for a Statewide Championship Game. The Championship Game will replace week 9 in the football season. A Points Committee has been set up between the current eighteen statewide participating schools. The committee will determine the championship date, time, location and the participants by week 7 of the season. The point system being used to determine the participants is similar to MHSAA standards.The Championship Game will be played in a neutral location.

The Championship Game is open to every school declaring 8 Man Football by August 28, 2010. Schools must register with the committee and play at least 7- 8 man games in order to be eligible. For more information please contact Marj Fruge' or Mike Steinhoff at 810.657.8804 ext.109.
