The majority of my life has been spent at CPS.  I graduated  in 1988 and I have been teaching here for 17 years.  I have taught English, science, computers, and publications.  Currently I am teaching  Computers 8, Green Dot Book Exploratory 7 & 8, and Publications (yearbook).

 

I obtained my undergraduate degree from Saginaw Valley State University.  I received my Master’s Degree from Marygrove College.  I am currently taking classes through Marygrove to continue my education.


 Class Schedule  

2009-2010

 

1st hour – Computers 8**          8:10 – 9:06

2nd hour- Computers 8            9:10 – 10:00

3rd hour-  Exploratory 7         10:04 -10:54

Lunch                                        10:54-11:24

4th hour - Computers 8          11:28-12:18

5th hour – Prep                        12:22 -1:12

6th hour- Publications              1:16 – 2:06

7th hour – Exploratory 8          2:10 – 3:00

 

**Breakfast will be served during 1st hour.

Classroom Rules and Procedures

1. Be on time.
2. Be respectful.

Name-calling, put downs, and inappropriate language can hurt someone’s feelings. Be respectful of everyone’s feelings.
 Listen when other people are giving instructions or presenting their work.
3. Be responsible.
 You are responsible for bringing your materials to class.
 You are responsible for turning in all of your assignments to the appropriate place.
 You are responsible for listening to all instructions.
 You are responsible for your workstation and any materials around your workstation.

4. Food, drinks, gum, and candy should be consumed in the cafeteria.

5. Please respect the work areas of other students.
6.  Chairs need to remain at your workstations.

7.  Cell Phones, I-Pods, MP3 Players, CD players, etc.  Must be kept in your locker.  Cell phones are only allowed before school, after school,and at lunch.

I arrive at school most days by 7:40 a.m. and I leave school at 3:10.  

My prep hour is  12:22-1:12
