&nbs= p;       The Board of Education expressed their deep displeasure with the arbitrary deci= sion by Memphis Community Schools to abruptly withdraw all of their Junior High School Athletic Competitions from the 08-09 schedule, leaving all NCTL schools with missing games in their schedule. It is the position of the CPS Board of Education, that such action by Memphis Communi= ty Schools violates a trust that all schools in a conference have - a responsibility to the schools in that conference - and when a member school district falls short of that responsibility, it brings into question whether that school should continue to be a part of the conference.
